+ options.pas: Add new option -sT, to do only the linking on target, by
opposition to the old -st option, which does
both assembling and linking on target.
msg/errore.msg: Add new -sT help message
modify -st help message, to explicitly say that both assembling and linking
scripts are prepared for target system.
