* tests/Makefile.fpc: Add NATIVE_FPC=$(FPC) to tstunits rule make call.
* tests/Makefile: Regenerate.
* tests/tstunits/Makefile.fpc: Pass FPCFPMAKE=$(NATIVE_FPC) to rtl and packages
recompilation rules, to avoid truobles for cross-compilation.
* tests/tstunits/Makefile: Regenerate.
