658c46b903 * remove tdictionary and tindexarray 
* symtables based on TFPHashObjectList and TFPObjectList
  * rename torddef.typ to torddef.ordtype
  * rename tfloatdef.typ to tfloatdef.floattype
  * rename tdef.deftype to tdef.typ
  * remove obsolete browser code, browcol is kept so the ide
    can still be compiled

fad5d59bd9 * turned {$ifdef cputargethasfixedstack} into "if use_fixed_stack" 
* fixed i386 parameter passing of function calls nested in parameters
    of functions which also need the stack to pass poarameters
