1795eff237 + support for emiting "signature" attributes for fields and methods; these
are JVM annotations used by Java's generics support. They cannot be used
    for FPC's generics support, but they are useful in other cases
  * emit classrefdefs as java.lang.Class, with a signature annotation that
    indicates which class they actually refer to

f27ebf8b6d + explicitly add constructors of parent class that do not appear in the
current class, since constructors are not automatically inherited in
    Java
   o tprocdef.getcopy() implementation, which returns an (unfinished) copy
     of a tprocdef. Finalise by calling symcreat.finish_copied_procdef()
   o made it possible to specify an existing procdef as argument to
     read_proc(), in which case it won't try to parse a procedure declaration,
     but only a body and associate it with the passed procdef. This is
     required for the inherited constructor support, since we cannot generate
     a textual representation of inherited constructors that is guaranteed to
     parse in the context of the current unit (e.g., if they use types from
     a unit that is not in the uses clause of the current unit)
   o folded tprocsym.find_procdef_bypara_no_rettype() into
     Tprocsym.Find_procdef_bypara, by interpreting specifying nil as
     retdef as not having to check the return def (required to compare
     parent constructors with child constructors to see whether they
     match, since the returndef will always be the current class type)

43c5ed20c2 + support for initialising typed constants via compiler-generated
assignment-nodes. For global typed constants and typed constants/
    local variable initialisers in regular functions/procedurs, the
    assignments are performed in the unit initialisation code. For
    those in object/record definitions and their methods, it's done
    in the class constructor. Since we may not yet have parsed all
    method implementations when the class constructor is parsed, part
    of these may be initialised in a helper routine called from the
    class constructor. The ones known when the class constructor is
    parsed are inited there, because the ones marked as "final" and
    declared as static class fields must be initialised in the class
    constructor for Java
   o new set systems_typed_constants_node_init in systems unit that
     indicates that a target uses node trees to initialise typed consts
     instead of an initialised data section
   o mark typed constants in {$j-} mode as "final" for JVM
   o mangle the name of staticvarsyms inside localtables a bit to avoid
     name clashes (only with procedure names for now, no parameters yet
     so can still cause problems with overloaded routines)
   o after a routine has been parsed, it is now processed by
     cnodeutils.wrap_proc_body(), which can add extra nodes before code
     generation (used for injected the typed constant node trees)

91855becfe + unicodestring support for the JVM target (except for multiple adds
in a single statement, to be added later)
   o the unicodestrings are internally simply java.lang.String instances
   o at the language level, the unicodestrings are assignment-compatible
     with java.lang.String
   o constant strings can be implicitly converted to java.lang.String
   o since java.lang.String is immutable, in particular changing a
     single character in a string is extremely inefficient. This could
     be solved by letting unicodestring map to java.lang.StringBuilder,
     but that would make integration with plain Java code harder

03af03e696 * changed TObject from an alias for JLObject into a derived class from
JLObject with the method "Free" and a virtual destructor "Destroy"
    (and Free is automatically called from the "finalize" method,
     which in turn is called by the JVM when the instance is collected;
     note that there is no final collection before the JVM shuts down,
     so it may never be called if you don't call Free explicitly yourself)
  * if you don't specify an explicit ancestor for a Java class, set
    the parent to TObject instead of to JLObject (for better compatibility
    with regular Pascal code)

e663f0f31f + support for class constructors for the JVM target
o initialise class vars that need initialisations (records, arrays) in
     class constructors
   o treat class constructors as having a "void" resultdef rather than the
     class type for JVM (maybe has to be done in general?)
   o make it possible to specify pno_noleadingdollar to
     tprocdef.customprocname() so it can be used for class constructors
     (their name is lower cased because it mustn't conflict with other
      identifiers, since their name doesn't matter anyway)
   o added tsk_empty synthetic procdef kind which, as the name implies,
     generates an empty body (for class generated constructors)
  + auto-generate class constructors in case a class has class vars that
    need initialisation

c264c24fb0 + support for unit initialisation sections for the JVM target,
and initialise global variables that are wrapped (records, arrays)
    in those sections
   o check whether pd.localst is assigned in dbgjasm, because it's
     not for the unit initialisation routine
   o moved insertbssdata() from ncgutil to ngenutil and override it
     njvmutil (it does nothing in the latter, since global variables
     are added as fields to the class representing the unit; the
     initialisation is done in gen_initialize_code() in thlcgjvm)
   o added force_init() and force_final() methods to ngenutil, so
     that targets can force init/final routines separate from the
     regular managed types infrastructure (used by JVM for forcing
     an init section in case of records/arrays)

40e0b4677a + support for (only named, for now) records in the JVM target:
implemented via classes, all descending from system.FpcBaseRecordType
    (records are also considered to be "related" to system.FpcBaseRecordType
     on the JVM target)
  * several routines are auto-generated for all record-classes: apart
    from a default constructor (if there is none), also clone (which
    returns a new instance containing a deep copy of the current
    instance) and deepCopy (which copies all fields of one instance
    into another one)
   o added new field "synthetickind" to tprocdef that indicates what
     kind of synthetically generated method it is (if any), and
     mark such methods also as "synthetic" in the JVM assembler code
   o split off the JVM-specific parser code (e.g., to add default
     constructors) into pjvm.pas

artificially generated stuff rather than directly working with defs/syms
   problems
    o scanner state saving/restoring, and avoiding problems in case of
      errors in the injected strings
    o in case of the actual application (adding overriding constructors):
      the parameters may be of types not visible in the current unit to
      newly written code -> can't just use the scanner...

96b0ee0827 * added more options to format the result of tprocdef.fullprocname() via
a new customprocname() method and tprocnameoption flags (add parameter
    names, add "function"/"procedure", add name of owning struct or not,
    don't add the "class" prefix for class methods)
   Reason: for internal use by the compiler so it can output the procdef
    into something that can be fed back to the parser for reuse (seems
    easier than manually constructing a new procdef, or duplicating it
    inside of another objectdef)

0a3a62811b + try/except and try/finally support for JVM target:
o always create exceptvarsym entry for on-nodes (on all targets) to remove
     some special cases when an unnamed exception was caught
   o the JVM tryfinally node generates the finally code twice: once for the
     case where no exception occurs, and once when it does occur. The reason
     is that the JVM's static bytecode verification otherwise cannot prove
     that we will only reraise the caught exception when we caught one in
     the first place (the old "jsr" opcode to de-duplicate finally code
     is no longer used in JDK 1.6 because it suffered from the same problem,

002455ab5c + support for instance and class fields, and unit-level global variables
o hlcgobj support in tcgsubscriptnode.pass_2 for JVM-required functionality
   o slightly different handling for class fields for the JVM than for other
     platforms: instead of adding a unit-level staticvarsym with a hidden name,
     rename the original (unused) field and add the staticvarsym with the original
     name to the object symtable. This is required because the JVM code generator
     has to know the class the field belongs to, as well as its real name
   o moved tprocdef.makejvmmangledcallname() functionality mostly to
     jvmdef.jvmaddtypeownerprefix() because it's also required for mangling
     field symbol names
  * changed the interface of jvmdef from ansistring to shortstring because
    all of its results are also used in shortstring contexts (and they're
    unlikely to overflow the shortstring limit)
  * "protected", "private" (without strict) and implementation-only symbols
    now get "package" visibility instead of "public" visibility

   o allow specifying an "import_dll" for external Java classes, which can
     be used to specify the Java package name (like the dll for cppclass)
   o take the package name into account when mangling the Java class name
   o several messages that were specific to Objective-Pascal classes have
     been generalised because they also apply to Java classes, same for
     several compiler function names
   o disabled some proccall directives for Java, but more needs to happen

742f4ee12e + first (partial) implementation of thlcg for the jvm
+ added arrayreftype field to treference for the jvm, because
    array loads have to be performed using special instructions,
    so this information has to be passed on to the code generator.
    This information will have to be added in t(cg)vecnode.
  * moved concatenating the generated code for a procedure to the
    al_procedures list to thlcg.record_generated_code_for_procdef(),
    which is overridden by jvm/hlcgcpu to attach that code to the
    procdef it belongs with. The reason is that a Java class file
    can only contain code for one class, so we have to write out
    the assembler grouped per class instead of in the order the
    routines appear in the source code
  * also committed forgotten changes in psub after moving the
    register allocator initialisation to hlcgobj

963a4d7b23 Commit of a completely restructured helper implementation. Instead of changing objectdefs with odt_classhelper to odt_class, they'll have the odt_helper type assigned to and this will be kept. This also implies that the parent of a helper is its true parent while the extended type is set to a field in tobjectdef (extendeddef).
This change became necessary of the following reasons:
- Records don't support inheritance, thus for "record helpers" some creativity would have been necessary to implement them; with the new implementation this is more easily
- the new approach allows for easy checks regarding virtual methods and their overrides which would have been more complicated in the old variant
- if someone feels the need the types of helpers (object, interface) can be added rather easily
- unnecessary things like VMT generation can be disabled now

details:
- msg*:
* moved some messages from parser to type
* adjusted a message ("class helper" => "helper")
- symdef.pas:
* renamed "helperparent" to "extendeddef" and changed its type from "tobjectdef" to "tabstractrecorddef", so records can be extended as well (somewhen in the near future)
* removed "finish_class_helper" method as it isn't necessary (luckily I haven't yet adjusted the ObjC variant)
* changed name of "is_objectpascal_classhelper" to "is_objectpascal_helper" to reflect that this function applies to all helper types
* tobjectdef.create: ImplementedInterfaces isn't created for odt_helper anymore
* tobjectdef.alignment: for helpers it's the same as for classes although this shouldn't be used anywhere...
* tobjectdef.vmtmethodoffset: set to 0 for helpers to be sure...
* tobjectdef.needs_inittable: not needed for helpers (no fields allowed)
* is_objectpascal_helper: only needs check for "odt_helper" object type
- symconst.pas:
* changed odt_classhelper to more general odt_helper
* added new type "thelpertype" which is used to check that "(record|class) helper" corresponds with the given extended type (as Delphi XE checks this as well this strict solution can be kept for modes Delphi and ObjFPC)
- symtable.pas:
* extended "searchsym_in_class" with the possibility to disable the search for helper methods (needed for inherited) => this implies changing all occurences of "searchsym_in_class" with a "true" except some special locations
* renamed "search_objectpascal_classhelper" to "search_objectpascal_helper"
* searchsym_in_class:
** when an extended method is defined with "overload" it can be that a same named method of the extended class might be called (sadly this means that this search was unnecessary...)
** contextclassh is the def of the helper in the case of an inherited call inside the helper's implementation
** when methods inside a helper are searched, it must be searched in the extended type first
- ptype.pas:
* single_type is used to parse the parent of a helper as well, so allow a helper if the stoParseClassParent is given (needs check in pdecobj.pas/parse_class_parents for normal classes)
* read_named_type: currently the only case when something <> ht_none is passed to the modified parse_objdec (see below) is when the combination "class helper" is encountered ("record helper" will be another one)
- pinline.pas: adjustment for extended "searchsym_in_class"
- pexpr.pas:
* adjustments regarding "searchsym_in_class" and "is_objectpascal_helper"
* factor/factor_read_id: moved the check for "TSomeClassType.SomeMethod" outside of the "is_class" check
* factor:
** in case of an inherited we need to search inside the extended type first (Note: this needs to be extended to find methods in the helper parent if no method is found in the extended type)
** we also need to disable the search for helper methods when searching for an inherited method (Note: it might be better to introduce a enum to decide whether a helper method should search before or after the methods of the extended type or even never)
- pdecsub.pas:
* insert_self_and_vmt_para: in a helper the type of Self is of the extended type
* pd_abstract, pd_final: more nice error message
* pd_override, pd_message, pd_reintroduce: adjusted checks because now "is_class" is no longer true for helpers
* proc_direcdata: allowed "abstract" for helpers (only to produce a more nice error message)
* parse_proc_direc: adjustment because of "is_objectpascal_helper"
- pdecobj.pas:
* adjustments regarding "is_objectpascal_helper"
* adjusted object_dec to take the type of the helper (class, record) as a parameter to be able to check whether the correct extended type was given
* struct_property_dec: properties are allowed in helpers
* parse_object_options: nothing to be parsed for helpers (at least I hope so ^^)
* parse_parent_classes:
** the parent of a helper is now parsed as a normal parent, the extended type is parsed in an extra procedure
** check for "sealed" no longer needed
** added check that the parsed parent of a helper is indeed a helper
** allow to parse the closing ")" of the helper's parent
* parse_extended_class:
** new procedure that parses the type which is extended
** it checks that the extended type is a class for "class helper" and a record for "record helper"
** it checks that a helper extends the same class or a subclass for class helpers
** it checks that a helper extends the same record for record helpers
* parse_object_members:
** "type", "const", "var" is allowed in helpers
** don't exclude flags regarding virtual methods, they are needed for the checks in mode Delphi (this implies that VMT loading must be disabled for helpers)
* object_dec:
** don't change "odt_helper" to "odt_class", but still include the "oo_is_classhelper" flag
** allow the parsing of object options (there are none)
** parse the extended type for helpers
- pdecl.pas
* adjustment because of extension of object_dec
* types_dec: remove the call to finish_classhelper
- objcdef.pas
* objcaddencodedtype, objcdochecktype: add references to helpers as implicit pointers although that should not be used in any way...
- nld.pas
* tloadnode.pass_typecheck: self is a reference to the extended type
- nflw.pas
* create_for_in_loop: adjustment because of changed procedure and inheritance type
- ncgrtti.pas
* TRTTIWriter.write_rtti_data: disable for helpers for now (I need to check what Delphi does here)
- ncgld.pas
* tcgloadnode.pass_generate_code: virtual methods of helpers are treated as normal methods
- ncgcal.pas
* tcgcallnode.pass_generate_code: virtual methods of helpers are treated as normal methods
- ncal.pas
* tcallnode.pass_typecheck: adjust for extension of tcallcandidates constructor
- htypechk.pas
* tcallcandidates declaration: extend some methods to (dis)allow the search for helper methods (needed for inherited)
* tcallcandidates.collect_overloads_in_struct:
** search first in helpers for methods and stop if none carries the "overload" flag
** move the addition of the procsyms to an extra nested procedure because it's used for helper methods and normal struct methods

e19bcfae38 Added a flag set to TSymtable that tells whether it contains a class helper symbol, which is currently only used for static- and globalsymtables.
symconst.pas: added new enum tsymtableoption with set tsymtableoptions; currently it contains only sto_has_classhelper, but refactoring tstoredsymtable.b_needs_init_final is on the todo list
ppu.pas: added a new entry type that will hold the symtable options (91)
symbase.pas: added a new field "tableoptions" to TSymtable which will hold the flags of the symtable (only saved by tstoredsymtable)
symdef.pas: when a tobjectdef is created as a odt_classhelper or odt_objccategory the flag sto_has_classhelper is added to its owning global- or staticsymtable
symtable.pas:
* load and write the symtable's options as a small set to an entry before the definition entries
* tabstractlocalsymtable needed to annoy me by not calling "inherited writeppu" which does the same as tabstractsymtable did before
* search_last_objectpascal_classhelper: check whether the static- or globalsymtable contains a class helper at all; if not then just continue with the next
utils/ppudump.pas:
* added reading of symtableoptions entry (as readsymtableoptions) based on the reading of tsym options
* added the reading of symtableoptions before every read of the contents of a TSymtable (definitions, symbols)

d4be11cb42 Implement advanced class helper syntax which allows "inheritance" of class helpers. This is not the same as normal class inheritance as its only used to extend the scope to other class helpers (that pseudo heritage line) when searching for a symbol. The real parent is always the extended class.
- compiler/symdef.pas: add "helperparent" which contains the class helper the current class helper "inherits" from (its real parent is the extended class); it's saved to ppu as well
- compiler/ppu.pas: increase ppu version
- compiler/pdecobj.pas:
* parse the "parent" of a class helper before parsing the extended class (the real parent)
* also disallow to inherit from class helpers for normal class (and to extend class helpers for class helpers)
* disallow the declarations of fields
* disallow the use of destructors
* don't parse abstract/sealed for class helpers
- compiler/ptyp.pas: _FOR is now parsed inside pdecobj.pas
- compiler/msg*:
* extended some messages for class helpers
* added some class helper related messages (perhaps the one or other will vanish again...)

aed9f0a5f7 Added first version of class helper support (not fully working and not fully featured)
- tokens: added support for "helper" token
- symconst.tobjecttyp: added a new entry "odt_classhelper"
- symdef: added two functions to check whether a "tdef" instance is a class helper in general ("is_classhelper") or an Object Pascal class helper in particular ("is_objectpascal_classhelper")
- symdef.tobjectdef: added a new method "finish_classhelper" which calls "create_class_helper_for_procdef" for every method (maybe this can be used for Objective-C categories as well)
- symdef.tobjectdef.create: "ImplementedInterfaces" must be created for class helpers as well
- symtable.searchsym_in_class: class helper methods must be searched for Object Pascal classes as well (this is currently wrong, as those must be searched before the class symbols, but for a first test it's sufficient)
- ptype.read_named_type: "helper for" currently indicates a class helper ("for" should be checked inside "object_dec" though, as after "helper" there might be a parent class helper)
- pdecobj.parse_parent_classes: parse the name of the extended class and disable sealed check for those
- pdecobj.object_dec: "odt_classhelper" are changed to "odt_class" and "oo_is_classhelper" is added to the object options
- pdecl.types_dec: create class helper symbols by using "finish_classhelper"

3ca3276400 * changed syntax of external objcclasses (see wiki/FPC_PasCocoa). Another
change is that it is now also allowed to specify an external name for
    formal external class definitions, but if they are later mixed with
    regular class definitions the external names have to match.
   o because the "external" status of methods is now set while parsing the
     class rather than afterwards, some procdir compatibility checks had to
     be inlined because they only have to be performed for
  * also adapted the syntax for external cppclasses in the same way
  * fixed return type of NSObject.retainCount and NSObject.hash
    (NSUInteger instead of cint)
  * moved "patches" directory from cocoaint/src to cocoaint/utils/cocoa-skel
    so they are used by the conversion script when re-parsing the headers
  * updated Objective-C header parser script to
   o use the new external class syntax
   o not write inheritance information for root classes (NSObject, NSProxy)
   o use internal translation tables for some conflicting method names that
    are named specially in objcbase.pp

  * fixed rtl/inc/objcbase.pp and tests to conform to the new external class

f13f6627c4 * moved use_fixed_stack from cgutils to a method in paramgr so it can

  * renamed tabstractprocdef.requiredargarea into callerargareasize,
    and also added calleeargareasize field; added init_paraloc_info(side)
    method to init the parameter locations and init those size fields and
    replaced all "if not procdef.has_paraloc_info then ..." blocks with
    procdef.init_paraloc_info(callersize)"
  * moved detection of stack tainting parameters from psub to
    symdef/tabstractprocdef
  + added tcallparanode.contains_stack_tainting_call(), which detects
    whether a parameter contains a call that makes use of stack paramters
  * record for each parameter whether or not any following parameter

  * on use_fixed_stack platforms, always first evaluate parameters

57bd6d2685 + merged nestedprocvars branch
+ support for nested procedural variables:
    o activate using {$modeswitch nestedprocvars} (compatible with all
      regular syntax modes, enabled by default for MacPas mode)
    o activating this mode switch changes the way the frame pointer is
      passed to nested routines into the same way that Delphi uses (always
      passed via the stack, and if necessary removed from the stack by
      the caller) -- Todo: possibly also allow using this parameter
      passing convention without enabling nested procvars, maybe even
      by default in Delphi mode, see mantis #9432
    o both global and nested routines can be passed to/assigned to a
      nested procvar (and called via them). Note that converting global
      *procvars* to nested procvars is intentionally not supported, so
      that this functionality can also be implemented via compile-time
      generated trampolines if necessary (e.g. for LLVM or CIL backends
      as long as they don't support the aforementioned parameter passing
      convention)
    o a nested procvar can both be declared using a Mac/ISO Pascal style
      "inline" type declaration as a parameter type, or as a stand-alone
      type (in the latter case, add "is nested" at the end in analogy to
      "of object" for method pointers -- note that using variables of
      such a type is dangerous, because if you call them once the enclosing
      stack frame no longer exists on the stack, the results are
      undefined; this is however allowed for Metaware Pascal compatibility)

283018a3bf * changed tprocdef.funcretloc[] from a tlocation into a tcgpara so it can
represent complex locations (required for full x86-64 ABI support,
    which is not yet implemented) -> lots of special result handling
    code has been removed and replaced by the parameter handling
    routines
  + added support for composite parameters (and hence function
    results) to tcg.a_load_ref_cgpara() (so it can be used for
    handling, e.g., 64 bit parameters on 32 bit platforms)
  * the above fixed writing past the end of allocated memory when
    handling records returned in registers on x86-64 whose size is
    not a multiple of 8 bytes (mantis #16357)
  - removed the x86-64 and PPC specific versions of a_load_ref_cgpara(),
    as they are now handled correctly by the generic version
  * moved the responsibility of allocating tcgpara cpu registers
    (using paramanager.allocparaloc()) from the callers of
    cg.a_load*_cgpara() to the cg.a_load*_cgpara() methods
    themselves (so the register allocation can be done efficiently
    when dealing with function results)
  * for the above, renamed paramanager.alloc/freeparaloc() to
    paramanager.alloc/freecgpara(), and use paramanager.allocparaloc()
    to allocate individual pcgparalocations instead
  * fixed the register size of SSE2 function result registers for

0cfc6e1cac + support for "univ" in macpas mode: a parameter modifier that allows
passing any value to that parameter which has the same size as the
    parameter (it basically acts as if there is an explicit type conversion
    to the parameter type around the value at the caller side). If a procvar
    has an univ parameter, all procvars whose corresponding parameter
    has the same size as that univ parameter are similarly compatible.

    This transparent compatibility can however cause crashes in case of
    of the procvars when one of the types is passed on the stack and the
    other isn't (because then the called routine will a) load the parameter
    from a wrong location and b) pop the wrong amount off of the stack at
    then end). Therefore FPC will warn in most cases where this can happen.

d1538ab023 o added ARM VPFv2/VFPv3 support:
+ RTL support:
      o VFP exceptions are disabled by default on Darwin,
        because they cause kernel panics on iPhoneOS 2.2.1 at least
      o all denormals are truncated to 0 on Darwin, because disabling
        that also causes kernel panics on iPhoneOS 2.2.1 (probably
        because otherwise denormals can also cause exceptions)
    * set softfloat rounding mode correctly for non-wince/darwin/vfp
      targets
    + compiler support: only half the number of single precision
      registers is available due to limitations of the register
      allocator
    + added a number of comments about why the stackframe on ARM is
      set up the way it is by the compiler
    + added regtype and subregtype info to regsets, because they're
      also used for VFP registers (+ support in assembler reader)
    + various generic support routines for dealing with floating point
      values located in integer registers that have to be transferred to
      mm registers (needed for VFP)
    * renamed use_sse() to use_vectorfpu() and also use it for
      ARM/vfp support
    o only superficially tested for Linux (compiler compiled with -Cpvfpv6
      -Cfvfpv2 works on a Cortex-A8, no testsuite run performed -- at least
      the fpu exception handler still needs to be implemented), Darwin has
      been tested more thoroughly
  + added ARMv6 cpu type and made it default for Darwin/ARM
  + ARMv6+ implementations of atomic operations using ldrex/strex
  * don't use r9 on Darwin/ARM, as it's reserved under certain
    circumstances (don't know yet which ones)
  * changed C-test object files for ARM/Darwin to ARMv6 versions
  * check in assembler reader that regsets are not empty, because
    instructions with a regset operand have undefined behaviour in that
    case
  * fixed resultdef of tarmtypeconvnode.first_int_to_real in case of
    int64->single type conversion
  * fixed constant pool locations in case 64 bit constants are generated,
    and/or when vfp instructions with limited reach are present

  WARNING: when using VFP on an ARMv6 or later cpu, you *must* compile all
    code with -Cparmv6 (or higher), or you will get crashes. The reason is
    that storing/restoring multiple VFP registers must happen using
    different instructions on pre/post-ARMv6.

aa5a5e79ce merge revisions: 13909,13923,13924,13934,13935,13942,13943,13944,13946,13948,13950,13951,13952,13983,13994:
rtl: add enumerators to the basic classes
tests: add enumerators test which compiles and work both by fpc and dcc
compiler:
  + start for-in loop implementation: implement for-in loop for types (enumerations and ranges), strings, arrays and sets. todo: perform type checking, optimize array and string loops - use temp for expression, implement for-in loop for classes
test:
  + add a simple test for the 'for-in' loop
compiler: fix string for-in loop. now it uses a temp variable to store string expression result
complier: fix for-in array loop. use a temp variable for the loop expression only if loop is not an open array loop
complier: continue enumerator implementation:
  + add operator enumerator which give an ability to add enumerator for an existent type (for example to override builtin string enumerator)
  + add class enumerator support via delphi compatible GetEnumerator method + enumerator class/object template (function MoveNext: Boolean; property Current)
  + tests
compiler: fix for-in loop for arrays. delphi does not copy arrays to a temp variable and it is possible to change array during loop. + test
compiler: add reference for the enumerator operator when it is used + another test for operator enumerator for a class
compiler: add reference for the enumerator operator when it is used + another test for operator enumerator for a class
compiler: enumerator directive support:
  + allow to mark methods and properties by 'enumerator MoveNext' and 'enumerator Current' modifiers. Parser checks return types and duplicates.
  + prefer *marked* by enumerator directive methods and properties than GetEnumerator and Current builtin symbols
  + increase ppu version
  + test
rtl: add IEnumerator and IEnumerable interfaces declarations
tests: for-in loop tests:
  + add small comment at the top of test program
compiler: allow 'enumerator MoveNext' for the interface function declaration + test
compiler: move all for-in loop helpers to the nflw unit
compiler: don't allow the compiler to choose the non-valid enumerator operator for the for-in loop

declarations (since even though they're not used in the Pascal code,
    they probably are in the Objective-C code that actually implements them)

0c675a4039 * the objc1 unit has been renamed to objc
* the objc unit links against the Foundation instead of against the Cocoa
    framework, and inludes an interface to either the fragile or non-fragile
    obj-c run time depending on the target platform
  + support for the non-fragile Objective-C runtime/ABI, as used on Mac OS X
    for ARM (iPhone) 64 bit (PowerPC/64, x86_64) -- all these targets now
    are now also supported for the objectivec1 modeswitch
  + support for private_extern symbol bindings, required for the above
  * mark objcclasses that are declared in the implementation section of a
    unit as "hidden" (not sure what the effect is, since the Objective-C
    runtime does not seem to do anything with this flag)
  * enabled all obj-c tests for the newly supported platforms

* don't allocate tobjectdef.implementedinterfaces for corba interfaces
    since the compiler doesn't support multiple inheritance for them
  * extended/corrected related tobjc22 test
  * increased ppu version, because implementedinterfaces is now
    present in different cases
