45bcc5b07a * Add support for jmp $0011:$22334455 to Intel asm reader, request from 
a user that is writing an operating system.

6846195a6c * insert explicit typecast to left type of inc(left,right) before 
assigning the value after an addn
  * for inc(pointer,X) convert X to sinttype instead of ptrinttype
    to support also negative values of X
