b33431775f * workaround for Lazarus include file browsing bug (Mantis #24778). 
Committed because it is very unintrusive and actually improves the style
   of the unit, though in essence it is a lazarus problem.

9428c78d63 Pass OPT to compilation of fpmake. 
Solves issues with systems that e.g. require special options for compilation of programs (e.g. libc programs to find libc startup code) or the actual build has been compiled with options that are incompatible with default ones.

Tested changes by building an i386-linux local build and i386-linux->arm-linux cross-builds

7b6bcd315f Pass FPCOPT to fpmkunit and fpmake compilation. This prevents build errors of these programs if the given FPCOPT options of the previously compiled RTL are incompatible to default options. Regenerated associated makefiles.

- remove $A+ from jedi include header: $A+ makes no sense for api headers, the records should be layouted with $packrecords c, second part to resolve #20525

1c2a5f9819 + Update all Makefile's modified by 
change in utils/fpcm/fpcmake.ini in prevous commit.

  Adapt also other files to that change:

  * compiler/globals.pas: Replace $FPCTARGET by os_string if
  tf_use_8_3 flag is set for target_info also.

  * tests/Makefile.fpc: Modify TEST_TARGETSUFFIX in the same way
  as TARGETSUFFIX was modified in previous commit.

  * tests/utils/dotest.pp:
    + New variable UseOSOnly, set to true if only target OS name
    should be used for subdirectories.

68f8eb2fdb * Disable DYNAMIC_LINK for Win64 - it involves assembler blocks, which are specific to i386/stdcall and won't work in Win64. Since r17490 it won't compile, too. Patch from Cyrax, resolves #19371.

8b0301409a + i386/iphonesim target for the new iPhoneSimulator in Xcode 3.2.4 and 
later: the same as i386/darwin, except
      a) uses the non-fragile Objective-C ABI/runtime
      b) does not require stubs for direct calls/jumps (not required for
         i386/darwin under 10.6 and later either, but still generated
         there for backwards compatibility)
      c) only the same packages are enabled as for ARM/Darwin
      d) MacOSAll is compiled specifically for the iPhoneSimulator SDK
    This target also defines the symbol "darwin" apart from the target
    name "iphonesim" for source code compatibility reasons.

7ad93d7e52 * reworked dependancies around the FCL. daemonapp and servicemanager are isolated into fcl-extra. This makes fcl-base have less dependancies, and other problems then solve themselves.
