0a4f75feff installer: 
* increased maxpackages
install.dat:
* fixed long name of utildos.zip
* package netdb doesn't exist anymore.
* there are no fcl-web and fcl-async packages for go32v2
* added libgd
* fixed short name of units-fv.source.zip
* fixed typo (Libary => Library)
