f7f0f9c426 * makefile adaption to be able to cycle compiler and RTL on PowerPC64 target 
* some fixes for PowerPC64 target in the code generator and the RTL
* stabs generation for PowerPC64 is okay now (untested)

86f78c7300 * units are now created in separate directory units/cpu-os/ 
* distclean uses cleanall rule and removes units dir
  * cross compile support fixed, it is now possible to cycle a ppcsparc
    without deleting ppc386
  * bintutilsperfix defaults to cpu-os-

a74a35cde6 * Optimize fullcycle to not build the current PPC_TARGET, because it is 
already build.
  * Generate the ppc<target> binaries of a fullcycle in the current dir
