7f001aca58 + add fcl-web implementation based on Microsoft's kernel mode HTTP(S) server 
Things to do:
- allow multiple URL groups
- listen using multiple threads
- client side SSL certificates

As far as there are only very small changes between 10.0, 10.1, 10.2 client api
