ebbf2e578f * backtraces for exceptions are now only generated from the place of the 
exception
  * frame is also pushed for exceptions
  * raise statement enhanced with [,<frame>]

(only if syswin32 compiled with -ddebug for now !)
  * added HandleError(errno,frame)
    where you specify the frame
    needed for win32 exception handling

4e11459938 + Added support for ErrorProc variable. All internal functions are required 
to call HandleError instead of runerror from now on.
  This is necessary for exception support.

004bb57ae9 * hmmm... it is luck (BSS zeroed with GAS) that DoError and ErrorBase work. 
Now they are initilized instead.
