658c46b903 * remove tdictionary and tindexarray 
* symtables based on TFPHashObjectList and TFPObjectList
  * rename torddef.typ to torddef.ordtype
  * rename tfloatdef.typ to tfloatdef.floattype
  * rename tdef.deftype to tdef.typ
  * remove obsolete browser code, browcol is kept so the ide
    can still be compiled

7fc9369945 * allow setting of name in dictionary always. Otherwise it is never 
possible to create an item with a name and rename before insert
    this is used in the symtable to hide the current symbol
