56d3bf1403 + Keyboard unit overhaul 
+ Shift+arrow keys now working in xterm
     + Keyboard restored when vt-switching away from application on Linux
       console
     + Escape key remapped on Linux console so it works instantly.
     + Try to use Linux console more aggressively
     + Linux specific code now only executed on Linux terminals and not
       on xterm, FreeBSD etc.
