- reverted r4880 (wrong varargs reform) and r4838 (wrong removal of

varargs/array of const overloads)
* arrayconstructor and array of const are no longer compatible with
the extra varargs parameters (so overloaded varargs and array of
const cdecl functions can be distinguished)
* fixed tprintf2 for the correct varargs syntax
