f7f0f9c426 * makefile adaption to be able to cycle compiler and RTL on PowerPC64 target 
* some fixes for PowerPC64 target in the code generator and the RTL
* stabs generation for PowerPC64 is okay now (untested)

d50391468c Don't copy binw32 files if the original tools (cp.exe) is already in the destination dir.
