tom_at_work f7f0f9c426 * makefile adaption to be able to cycle compiler and RTL on PowerPC64 target 
* some fixes for PowerPC64 target in the code generator and the RTL
* stabs generation for PowerPC64 is okay now (untested)

This utility is used to re-create the complete
Free Pascal makefiles, depending on the rules
specified in the Makefile.fpc files.

Some tips:
- To regenerate the makefiles for all supported
  targets, simply do : fpcmake -Tall
- To regenerate the complete makefile tree
  for all targets (under UNIX): 
    fpcmake -Tall -w `find -name Makefile.fpc`
