Jonas Maebe 4bc657a067 * renamed objcbase.BOOL type to objc.ObjCBOOL to prevent name clashes 
* fixed some signatures in CocoaInt that should refer to ctypes.cbool
    but instead used objcbase.(ObjC)BOOL
