variants.pp * Get rid of using pdynarraytypeinfo, instead treat rtti as distinct 'header' and 'data' parts. In variants unit, use rtti declarations from typinfo directly. In system unit, declare private tdynarraytypedata record which (like typinfo.TTypeData) is not packed on alignment-sensitive targets.
