joost a63ed341a7 + patch from Bram Kuijvenhoven: 
- removed unused private field TODBCConnection.FDataSourceName
 - added local proc ODBCResultToStr
 - fix in SQLDriverConnect parameter
 - prevent freeing of handles that should not be freed in some cases
