Jonas Maebe 9adb91a68d + support for make -jX by marking all Makefiles that need to be executed 
serially with .NOTPARALLEL:
   -> currently parallel: rtl/darwin, packages/base, packages/base/httpd,
      packages/extra/univint, fcl, utils
