joost c806f3e494 * TCustomPageContentProducer is renamed to THTMLEntityProducer and changed in such a way that it can produce more then only <html> tags. 
* THTMLDatasetSelectProducer.Size is now an integer
 * THTMLDatasetSelectProducer.PreSelected and UseValues implemented like in THTMLSelectProducer
