connexion string format is
lib:FileName=<A File Name>;target=<the target service>
example :lib:FileName=C:\Programmes\lazarus\wst\tests\library\obj\lib_server.dll;target=ICalculator
todo : test on Linux, write Documentation in the Wiki.
