0230315a7c docking: 
- workaround fpc linker bug (in ldockctrl)
- move things related to header drawing to separate class TDockHeader
- use 'Control.Dock' instead of 'Control.Parent :=' in anchor-docking (now anchordocking demo looks much better under win32)
