af616a4578 * improved the gtk2 listview to not store data twice 
* gtk2 listview can now have ownerdrawn items
* gtk2 listview only keeps one copy of a pixbuf per it's imagelist instead of one per item in the listview
* fixed two memory leaks in gtk2 listview
* added method TListItem.GetCheckedInternal
