e42bebb3a1 win32: fix trayicon code: 
- don't assume that application have only 1 trayicon => don't use 1 global variable for trayicon
  - don't assume that trayicon message handler return correct mouse position in LParam => use TMouse.CursorPos while sending messages to LCL
  - add trayicon again to the taskbar when taskbar is recreated (based on msdn explanation and example)

a20e1dcaac lcl: change use of CreateParams: 
- move TForm.PopupParent handling to CreateParams (it only chooses a right Parent handle)
  - check also ParentWindow property when setting WndParent in CreateParams
win32: use TCreateParams WndParent property for CreateWindow

2d4442e54c win32: fix PageIndex use at various places. When we work with page control window we need to convert PageIndex to the real index in all places. This fixes a bug when use set text or imageindex to the page which is placed after invisible tab. Also use correct PageIndex when we request page image index in all places.

- fix PageControl page changing by Tab clicking in designer
- fix PageControl tab switching by arrows (if tab part is selected) and tab focusing by one click instead of two clicks (issue #0008673)

8eefc8e23f splitter and pairsplitter improvements: 
1. ability to control pairsplitter cursor for gtk
2. ability to control pairsplitter internal splitter cursor for others
3. default values for pairsplitter cursor (crHSplit/crVSplit)
4. painting splitter through themes for win32/xp/gtk2 (disabled through -dUseThemes)
5. Clean up
