8f08573815 Fix Gtk 1.2 LCL backend. 
There are still some minor glitches, but the IDE and most examples i
tried seem to work fine.  Some examples didn't work but that seemed to
be mainly a Gtk 1.2 limitation (e.g. no rotating fonts).

81733b2e74 lcl: rewrite PopupMode/PopupParent 
- unify code for PopupMode/PopupParent in one function TCustomForm.GetRealPopupParent for all WS.
- change TWSCustomFormClass.SetPopupParent to TWSCustomFormClass.SetRealPopupParent without PopupMode parameter.
- Fix TPopupMode documentation.

7bb68e7dfa Gtk,Gtk2: reworked app activate / app deactivate, now it works fine, added AppBringToFront. fixes #15859 
LCL: removed workaround in TApplication.Deactivate which was there only because of gtk & gtk2.

ecf56f9f71 Gtk2: implemented Gtk2WSScrollingWinControl.ScrollBy(), gtk >= 2.8 uses "changed-value" instead "value-changed" on all TScrollingWinControls (GtkRange instead GtkAdjustment callbacks) from now on.NOTE: with gtk >= 2.18 users must set environment variable GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1 otherwise GdkWindow paintings will be funny (when scrolling GtkScrolledWindow). fixes #7321, #10390.

- change formatting a bit (remove spaces between identifier and type, decapitalize words 'Case', 'Function', 'End')

99436e3732 gtk: call RecreateWnd in TGrkWsCustomForm.SetFormBorderStyle since default implementation is empty. Now runtime BorderStyle change in gtk perform change.
