joost	566610a9ba	FpDebug: Cleanup of several issues introduced in r63899 #539c1f9a2b, in which a lot more was committed then planned. Among others utility functions to allow calling functions with parameters. The ability to set the value of (regvar) variables and some minor bug-fixes. As part of the parameter-support, addresses located in a register are not immediately read and converted to constants anymore. But the location of the actual register is stored.
