b4331da20a TAChart: Fix saving to bitmap (issue #13685) 
* Add SaveToImage and SaveToFile methods.
* Implement SaveToBitmapFile and CopyToClipboardBitmap via SaveToImage/SaveToFile.
* Add demo.
