Managed lists can be registered by any other class. A managed list must be a subclass of
. The class that wants to store a list, should use it's own class-type as index.

The entry is created automitacally, on the first write assignment. It is removed automatically when set to nil.

The amount and position of items in the managed lists are kept in syncronization with the master. If new items are inserted or deleted to the master, then the same insert or delete is executed on the managed lists. However no explicit initalization is done for new entries, this could be done by providing an inherited class as managed list.
