darius 488a25bd42 1) Created new unit TAChartUtils, moved some support code into it. ... 2) Heavily refactored code of CalculateIntervals and TAGraph.DrawAxis procedures -- removed lots of duplicated code, simplifed logic, extracted local procedures etc. 3) Introduced TPenBrushFontRecall helper class. 4) Added 'Axis titles' checkbox to the demo program.
