These are the sources of the LCL qt6 interface. They only work with qt6 >= 6.2.3 or superior. To use them you also need to download and install at appropriate place the libQt6Pas.so (linux) or Qt6Pas.dll (ms windows) or Qt6Pas.framework (Darwin).
