POChecker: fixed "Ignore fuzzy translations" option. Previously all translations with bad formatting arguments were considered fuzzy, so these errors were not shown even for non-fuzzy translations if this option was enabled. ........ LCL, Translations unit: there is no need to check for badformat flags in CleanUp procedure anymore, they are now set/cleared in all cases in CheckFormatArguments procedure. ........
