*Added Name 'externalname' directive to all Proc's/Func's
*Fixed a few more case sensitive's I missed
*Added GTK_SUPPORT and XLIB_SUPPORT Compiler flags,
primarily so the file could be use in four modes :
GDK
GDK with GTK(aka TGdkPixbufLoader)
GDK with GTK and GNOME(aka TGnomeCanvasPixbuf)
XLIB
*Tried to enforce above scheme
*Fixed *gdk_version* variables
*Added a few Ifdef FPC's just in case anybody every port's
the GTK header's to Kylix, I haven't tried, but it may still
be possible to use in Kylix in XLIB mode, so long as GLIB is
available, and since there is very little in GLIB, I doubt
much, if anything would have to be changed to make it work.
