Abstract:
Defines the TBuildLazarusOptions which stores the settings for the
"Build Lazarus" function of the IDE.
TConfigureBuildLazarusDlg is used to edit TBuildLazarusOptions.
The BuildLazarus function will build the lazarus parts.
Building occurs only with options defined in the Advanced Page.
The Quick Page is just used to set options there.
Therefore advanced users can ignore the Quick Page, while beginners
can see the effect of the choice made by looking at the Advanced Page.
