In order to be able to compile with both 3.2.2 and trunk, we detect the existence of
TSQLDBRestParams here. If it is not defined, missing declarations are added as dummies below in the unit.
Missing methods/properties are implemented using helpers.
This allows to compile, but the resulting code is not functional.
The FakeParams boolean constant allows to enable/disable behaviours in the GUI,
so the missing functionality is simply not exposed to the user.
The TSQLDBFakeRestParam class is defined when creating the fake classes,
you can use this with DECLARED(TSQLDBFakeRestParam) in conditional compilation.
By copying the sqldbrest files (+sqldbpool.pp) in the directory "src" (which is in the units path of the package),
you can compile this package with the latest trunk version of SQLDBRest and have all functionality fully present.
