7cdf9bbaac * moved the indirect symbol stuff from nppcld to cgobj and ncgld, since 
darwin/x86 needs the same code
  - removed now empty nppcld unit

33e6604b91 * also perform range checking in case fromdef falls inside todef, in 
order to catch invalid operations due to uninitialised values,
    not type-checked assignments (via explicit typecasts or e.g.
