1375615279 + automatic prefetching for "while assigned(x) .." and 
"while (x <> nil) ..." loops (not enabled by default since it
    doesn't result in a speedup when applied to the compiler, so it
    can't compensate the overhead of performing the optimization
    either -- enable with -dprefetchnext)
