66f8276445 * refactor booleans in systeminfo structure, they are now flags 
* support for case aware filesystems (Windows), they do now only
    one lookup if a file exists
  * add -WI option to generate import section for DLL imports or
    let the linker handle it. Default is still import section until
    the Makefiles are fixed, then the generation can be left to the
    linker

367df58016 * stack related things (sizes, calculations, etc.) are now 64 bit on 64 bit platforms 
* default stack size is now also 32k for Windows (allows the use of stack checking when using threads)

8bc4e0a32f * inline and compilerproc are now procoptions instead of proccall types 
(so both can be combined with each other, as well as with other calling
     conventions)
  * defined COMPPROCINLINEFIXED so SYSTEMINLINE is again activated

9d9fd923d9 * the 'main' procedure for darwin is now placed in the main program instead 
of in the system unit
+ ability to rename this 'main' symbol (-XM<x>, e.g. -XMSDL_main for SDL), for
  all OS'es

cac39ccfd4 * renamed mangeldname_prefix to make_mangledname and made it more 
generic
  * make_mangledname is now also used for internal threadvar/resstring
    lists
  * Add P$ in front of program modulename to prevent duplicated symbols
    at assembler level, because the main program can have the same name
    as a unit, see webtbs/tw1251b
