778078e958 Added check to try to save original lhelp when recompiling in case it fails. Fixed bug where ContentProvider.EndUpdate was called too soon. LHelp starts speedily now :)

New LHelp messages are added and the ide will try to rebuild lhelp if lhelp doesn't understand the new messages

08ed127d0f * Added two way comunication to LHelpControl 
* Made using lhelp easier so that it's only needed to install ChmHelpPkg and copy chms to docs/html
* lhelp will be built by ChmHelpPkg if it doesn't exist
* added helpful msg when F1 is pushed and no chms can be found

65148452ac lhelp fixes: 
* fixed a crash when loading a chm with no Table of contents
* improved the Index tab to have a search feature
* now the index tab indents subitems properly
* removed dependancy of chmpkg. these files are included with fpc by default now. If you have an olderversion of fpc you can re-add the dependancy of chmpkg locally
* added probably 5 new bugs :)
