06a978b8e3 Qt: fix segfault when creating QRegion with negative width or height.Fixed implementation of GetRgnBox, so it doesn't ask for QRegion_boundingRect() if returned region type is ERROR or NULLREGION.

55b9380fff ide: fix project resources generation: 
- generate for the temp projects
  - generate all resources in the project directory for now because fpc can't search in $R in other directories (there is only one line of code which needs to be changed to save in the output directory)
