3108f60f93 lcl: 
- Publish TListView ShowHint, ParentShowHint (9708).
- Correct TTabControl drawing. Don't clear tab area since it is painted by notebook. Draw pane area with ThemeServices. 
- Teach gtk ThemeServices to draw notebook pane.
