a0fdad737e LCL postscriptcanvas.pas: 
- fixed PostScript case
- write number of pages to header on EndDoc
- overriden TCanvas.Create*, TCanvas.*Changing, TCanvas.DeselectHandles and TCanvas.RequiredState to not call handle dependent functions, since handle is dummy

7d5f9842ec - fix win32 crash if listview imagelist changed to nil (from Nikolay aka Browny) 
- change ToolButtons font on ToolBar font change events (from Nikolay)
- redraw ToolButton if enabled changed and pass apropriate flag to ImageList.Draw (from Nikolay)
- cleanup
