- win32, wince: set/get scrollwidth using LB_SETHORIZONTALEXTENT/LB_GETHORIZONTALEXTENT (issue #0018912)
  - qt, gtk2: don't show listbox horizontal scrollbar by default. show it only when scrollwidth > content area
