The linker expects ios_simulator_version_min rather than -iphoneos_version_min
when targeting the iOS simulator platform. Fixes compilation with Xcode 11
toolchains, which is more strict about this.

Fix recordtoken writing into ppu files to allow correct

The code has been modified to use the same scheme as the writing of

This field is then used to swap values that required endianess
conversion.
