001b440270 LCL: use TFileStreamUtf8 for LoadFromFile/SaveToFile for Grids, TTextStrings, TWin32MemoStrings, TWinCEMemoStrings, TQtMemoStrings, TGtk2MemoStrings, TGtk3MemoStrings,
