4f735c239c PoChecker: 
- Add capability to scan a folder for po-files.
- Add files to a listbox.
- Add filter for language to listbox with translated po-files.
- Save and restore contents of the file lists.
- Regenerate language files.

5ca6144b77 PoChecker: set IconOptions.AutoArrange to True for the ListView on GraphStat form. 
(Windows and GTK2 AutoArrange always (probably a bug), so this only affected QT WS)
